Paper?

I went online and looked up what couples are supposed to give each other on their 1st wedding anniversary, and the traditional theme is paper, while the modern theme is watches. So, I don't really wear watches and the hubby has too many of them. We decided on paper.

We (or more like he) bought comic books for each other. We spent an entire day hunting down the latest in the series of comics that we're currently into. It was like this crazy insane mission and we were able to track down every single one. Funny how accomplished I felt at the end.

Didn't do too much, just went to dinner and a movie (Harry Potter of course). I was craving something refreshing but simple, I didn't want anything expensive, and I kind of wanted something along the lines of "Taco Bell-ish" but not Taco Bell. Make any sense? Probably not, but the hubby understood. So we ate at CPK since the movie theaters were right there and we had lots of time to waste.

So this past month I've experienced some pretty stressful things. Just one thing actually, but since I'm not p******* I don't need to go there with any of that. Let's just say I don't think I'll be ready for that kind of responsibility for a very, very long time.

I have some pics to post, but I'm at work and don't have any of the files. And honestly, once I get home I'll be too lazy to try and post anything. Plus, I have to get the little doggy ready for his 5 days/5 night stay at my parents. Comic-con is this week and we're going to be gone most of the day and night and I don't want him to just be stuck at home. At least at my parents he'll have Tequila (my parents little wiener dog) for companionship and my mom during the day. Plus, they have a backyard.

Well, that's about it for now. Maybe I'll post some pics of Comic-con, but most likely not, they'll be on my facebook.
